Regional Sales Manager - IT (5-10 yrs)
MAIN ROLES & EXPERIENEC:
- Responsible for acquiring and developing new business from IT Infrastructure.
- Business plan for increasing the profitability of the division, through direct sales.
- Should have hands on experience in Active Networking Sales, Wireless, Security, Switches and Routers.
- Experience in Solutioning, Design & estimation, sizing and proposal writing and bid support while overseeing multiple proposal responses.
- Building and maintaining a network of public and private customer contacts
- Meeting with customer and key stake holders
- Develop and manage relationships with channel partners and distributors
- Ensure partners are adequately trained and supported to achieve mutual sales objectives
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Qualifications: Graduation and /or MBA
- Skills: Physical Security Systems - CCTV, IP Surveillance, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Systems etc.
- Networking Infrastructure from OEMS like Cisco, HP, Dell etc.
- Networking - Structured cabling & switching etc.
- Managing Infrastructure Projects
- Computing infra like Servers, Storage and Desktops
