Regional Sales Manager - IT (3-9 yrs)
Role And Responsibilities:
- Establish productive and professional relationships with Channel Partners.
- Proactively lead a joint partner planning process to define mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones that drive a productive partner relationship.
- Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to meet partner performance objectives and exceed partners' expectations.
- Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and achieve strategic objectives in designated partner accounts.
- Actively recruit new qualifying partners to expand the network.
- Continuously assess, clarify, and validate partner needs on an ongoing basis.
- Collaborate with partner organizations to sell to end-users, ensuring effective coordination with partner sales resources.
- Manage potential channel conflicts with other firm sales channels through excellent internal and external communication, while strictly adhering to channel rules of engagement.
- Ensure partner compliance with partner agreements.
- Drive the adoption of company programs within assigned partner networks.
- Achieve the assigned sales quota in designated partner accounts.
- Meet expectations for profitability in line with targets.
- Develop and complete partner account plans that meet company standards.
- Maintain high partner satisfaction ratings that align with company standards.
- Successfully complete required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame.
- Collaborate closely with Service Representatives to ensure Channel satisfaction and resolve any issues.
Eligibility/Qualification Criteria:
Minimum Qualification: Graduate/MBA
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in channel sales, preferably in B2B sales.
- Proficiency in PC usage.
