Regional Sales Manager - Insurance (6-10 yrs)
Job Description:
- Regional Managers are responsible to drive their team of Sales Managers to complete their targets
- Visiting banks, and maintaining strong relations with ROs and Zonal Managers in order to generate maximum business.
- Generating Affinity leads by association with Kotak Banks
- Handling a team of Branch Sales Managers (FLS)
- To ensure more market penetration in order to Generate more business
- Managers base location will be Kolkata and will be taking care of the entire East Zone
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS :
Educational Qualifications: Minimum Graduate (No Arts background) with throughout 60% academic score.
Skills- Proven Ability to lead and drive a team, major exposure to the Kolkata market
Work Experience- Minimum 8-10 years of B2B Sales Experience with a minimum of 3 years of team handling experience.
Industry- In any industry, Insurance can be hired.
Region- The candidate should have exposure to the Kolkata market and other parts of the East Zone
Age- Below 40 years
