Duties and responsibilities
1) Prepare the business plan and strategy, Structure for the respective Business

3) Sales Structure, Sales Enablement for the team.
4) Work with - Demand Gen, Marketing, case studies for each of the offering
5) Manage and enable all other principal relationship across the country
6) Enhance Sonata's positioning with Principals. Garner preferred partner status.
7) Regional principal alignment & Account Planning with our region
8) Business Planning and Governance with Principals.
9) Help Regional sales team in closing deals.
10) Be the exec sponsor for min 10 customers
