Job Description :

Selected person's day-to-day responsibilities include :

1) New Client Acquisition.

2) Leverage your network of clients to create leads.

3) Convert a pitch to the leads.

4) Present the product and the framework to clients.

5) Follow-up and negotiate till closure.

6) Sign contracts.

7) Raise invoice and collect cash.

Skill(s) required :

1) Enjoys client head-hunting.

2) Keen on meeting new people (Extrovert).

3) English Proficiency (Spoken and Written).

4) Experience in managing end-to-end sales.

5) Experience of selling to CHRO or CEO.

6) Ability to build relationships.

7) Expertise to sell the concept as well as technology to companies.

Other requirements :

1. Candidates must have work experience in inside sales.

2. Notice period should not be more than 1 month.

3. Have a work experience of 5-10 years.

4. Must be energetic, dedicated, self-motivated and a stable person.

5. Must be keen on comprehensively working on increasing revenue by sales and committing to the organization if confirmed as a permanent employee.
