Regional Sales Manager- Hospitality (12-18 yrs)
Job Summary :
- The Regional Sales Head for SMEs is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion within the small and medium-sized business market. This role involves leading a team of sales professionals, managing client relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets and objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Sales Strategy Development :
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to target SME customers, including market analysis, competitive positioning, and revenue growth plans.
2. Team Leadership :
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales goals. Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing guidance and support to maximize results.
3. Revenue Generation :
- Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, fostering existing client relationships, and optimizing sales processes.
4. Client Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Address customer concerns and resolve issues as they arise.
5. Market Research :
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in the SME market to adapt sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
6. Sales Forecasting :
- Develop accurate sales forecasts, budgetary plans, and sales targets. Monitor progress and take corrective actions when necessary to ensure targets are met.
7. Sales Reporting :
- Provide regular sales reports to Management, including KPIs, sales performance, and revenue metrics.
8. Product Knowledge :
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients.
9. Teamwork :
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience and optimize sales efforts.
10. Adhere to Policies :
- Ensure that all sales activities adhere to legal and regulatory requirements, as well as company policies and ethical standards
