Regional Sales Manager - Healthcare Equipment Finance (7-10 yrs)
- The candidate shall be responsible for overall performance of the region's portfolio including achieving disbursement targets, maintaining collection efficiency parameters etc.
- Ideal candidate should have 7+ years of working experience in healthcare finance segment, including working relationship with OEMs/suppliers/dealers
- To expand distribution spread, candidate should be able to drive deep-rooted penetration at OEM/Dealers/DSA/Client level with a view to position as 'top of the mind' recall across sourcing fronts
- Apart from his/her own targets, candidate shall need to ensure required deliverables of all SMs of his/her region.
- Ideal candidate should be able to showcase strong leadership skills with a solution driven mindset. He/she is expected to work cohesively with all internal stakeholders to ensure smooth process flow from sourcing to disbursement, as well as post fund-out formalities and client servicing.
