Regional Sales Manager - Gems & Jewellery (3-8 yrs)

Roles & Responsibilities :
Must haves :
1. Experience in luxury retail
2. From the Jewellery industry, preferable to have a candidate with experience with diamonds
3. Must be willing to travel in the allocated region as per business need( 50% +)
4. Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management
5. Must be a team player- need to work with inter departments within the company and also within partner organizations for smoother business continuity & growth
About the role :
Heading the region allocated :
1. Grow Business for the brand
2. Onboard new partners for business growth
3. Support and grow existing partners
4. Plan BTL and promotional activities in the region
5. People management : Direct and Indirect reports
- The person must be open to listening, trying, and also generate new ideas. Good communication skills are very important for this role to succeed.
