Regional Sales Manager - Food Products (8-10 yrs)

Our Clients are looking for a RSM to be based at above places. Our Client is a Well known FMCG Company in Maharashtra with all India Presence. They are 20 Years Old company. Now they are Starting a New Food Div and are looking for dynamic ZSM or RSM who can take New Div to next Level.
- Candidate Must have 8-19 Years exp from Hardcore FMCG Company, currently in Sr.Sales Executive position or ASM from Cigarette>beedi industry /Beedi Industry or from companies Food Product/Namkeen/Fried Snacks/ Confectionery only Preferred.
Candidates will report to NSM. Each ZSM will be in charge of 4 to 5 Districts controlling Sales Officers and ASM. PREFERRED AGE MAX 38 Years ONLY.
Desired Profiles:
- Must have working Knowledge of Rajasthan state either Half or Full,
- Must be able to appoint Super Stockist and Distributors.
- Fix Primary and Secondary sales to Sales Officers,. They should Motivate, Control sales Team under them,
- Proactive and possess Good communication skills.
- Must be a COMPUTER LITERATE with knowledge of MIS.
