Regional Sales Manager - Food & Beverages - South (8-15 yrs)
Role: Regional Sales Manager - South
Experience: Min. 8 yrs of Sales Experience in the Food & Beverages industry. Should have managed teams.
Location: Bangalore, but handling Karnataka, Kerala, TN, and AP
Language: Proficiency in Local languages Kannada mandatory.

- We are looking to aggressively expand in premium retail (Modern Trade and premium General Trade) in Top metro cities of India.
Below listed are some responsibilities for this role:
- Responsible for end-to-end ownership which includes sales, capturing of market insights and effectively implementing Key initiatives in assigned geographies in the areas of Distribution expansion, Dealer Management & Sales Operation.
- Plan and ensure achievement of sales objectives (volume/value, product, territory wise, new/focus product) for the assigned set of customers.
- Delivering Secondary monthly targets and Gross Revenue growth.
- Drive & Effectively implement Major and Key initiatives in the areas of Sales Development & Sales Operation.
- Lead the execution of the overall Go to market strategy of the company across multiple cities.
- Team building. Should be able to quickly help us scale in South via his/her contacts of distributors and retail chains.
