Regional Sales Manager - FMCG - West (7-16 yrs)

Designation: Regional Sales Manager-West

Location: Mumbai

Preferable Industry: FMCG, Stationary, Gifting

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Having exposure into both B2C and B2B segments and market.

- Having extensive retail and channel exposure.

- Primary and secondary sales planning, credit control & Distributor, Super Stockiest and Corporate Vendor appointment/management(Channel Management)

- Identify target accounts and sales pitch of complete product range. Build strong relationship with each of the Key Accounts, Institutional Sales.

- Monthly report on competition analysis with an eye on touch points, product, pricing, promotions.

- Prepare and achieve annual, quarterly and monthly sales business plan for the company.

- Organize and prepare various presentations and statistics for corporate clients.

- Regular market visits to understand market conditions and competitor information

- Develop pricing strategies, incentives and discounts for the customers.

- Managing a sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate-set goals

- Recruit, hire and train new sales people

- Measure customer behaviour and handle consumer complaints that the sales staff cannot resolve

- Develop sales tools, including presentations and sale sheets for internal and external use.

Required Competencies:

- MBA in Sales & Marketing from a reputed institute

- At least 5 years of working experience and exposure.

- Excellent written and verbal communication

- Excellent time management and organizational skills

- Strong presentation and analytical skills.
