Regional Sales Manager - FMCG (10-20 yrs)

We are hiring for Regional Sales Manager for group company CamVeda -part of Holostik group

Company - CamVeda - UMPL -https://www.camveda.com/ . Its parent company is Holostik group (www.holostik.com)

Salary Range : 7-9 LPA

Key Points to be taken care of:

1. Must be from FMCG- preferably Agarbatti, camphor or Puja items.

2. Knowledge of PAN India sales distribution

3. Handling of Sales team

4. Business Development

5. Product Development

6. Growth orientation

Job Details:

- Responsible for Assigned Region Comprising of 3-4 States.

- Accomplishes regional sales objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees in assigned districts, communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions, planning and reviewing compensation actions, enforcing policies and procedures.

- Implement& execute all responsibilities as per Company Policies.

- Ensuring Growth in Business, People Development & Company Image.

- Keep Close Focus on ROI on all Company Functions.

- Drive and motivate sales team and achieve planned sales objectives.

- Ensuring Overall performance for Region (All ASM/FSE/ SO/ TSM should perform)

- Sells products by maintaining and expanding customer base and Satisfaction.

- Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of national objectives.

- Maintains and expands customer base by counselling TSM/ASM/ SO/FSE, building and maintaining rapport with key customers, identifying new customer opportunities.

- Implements trade promotions by publishing, tracking, and evaluating trade spending.

Business Development :

- Responsible for taking sales to next level, taking ownership to drive the same.

- Significant contributor in maximizing revenue growth, operational performance & profitability and in controlling costs.

- Evaluate performance of existing Channel Partners, distributor, dealer, retail trade partners on monthly basis.

- To undertake Sales promotion campaigns, demonstrations, displays etc.

Team Management :

- Very Strong Leadership skills to lead the team members to achieve the Assigned goals.

- Identifying the training needs and provide timely training to the team members, Channel Partners as needed.

Strategic Planning :

- Establishing & Executing Sales Strategies by working closely with TOP Mgt.

- Developing strategy & plans for organization's business operations; conceptualized & developing new business strategies which will leads to an increase in turnover & profitability of the organization.

- Enhanced organizational reach & market share through multi-disciplinary experience; managed key dealers & accounts, and maintained a long-term relationship with customers.

- To provide market information and other activities on competitors (schemes, offerings) and product (quality) to marketing team on regular basis.
