Regional Sales Manager - FMCD (10-17 yrs)

Position: Regional Sales Manager - North
Industry: Consumer Durable
Education Qualification: MBA
Experience: 9-17 years
Location: Delhi and Chandigarh
Skills Required :
- Should have experience in Channel Sales, distribution, Key account, Trade marketing, general trade and FMCG exposure is mandatory
- Should have strong distribution network experince
Role Objective :
- Owns development of regional sales strategy and business growth plan for existing/new trade partners
- Owns development of monthly demand plan for the region
- Drive sales target-setting for Branch managers and conducts periodic reviews
Sales Activation :
- Manages category, channel analytics and competition product performance within region
- Develops trade partner engagement plan and maintains optimum call cycles to build and strengthen trade partner relationships
- Oversees all marketing and key account management activities for the region
- Oversees all sales logistics and administration for the region
