Job title: Regional Sales Manager (Residential )
Job location: Lucknow / Kanpur / Allahabad / Or Anywhere in UP
Educational qualification: B.Sc. (Agriculture) or MBA (Marketing) or any graduate with relevant work experience
Work experience:
- Around 6 years to 12 years of work experience in Sales with Fertilizer, Pesticides, Seeds or Agriculture related products
- Should have at least 3 years- experience of managing team at state level or Zone level
KRAs:
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Designing and implementing a strategic sale
- Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
CTC: Rs 6.0 lpa to Rs 12.0 lpa (depends on current CTC, relevant work experience & qualification)
