We offer Psychological Counselling and comprehensive Wellness solutions that help employees deal with various work-life challenges like stress, anxiety, parenting, relationship issues both pre & post marital, work-life balance, etc. We currently support 800 clients and cover 1.5 million lives through our team of 250+ counsellors across 60+ locations in India.

Roles across locations-

1. Regional Sales Manager-Enterprises/ SMB -Mumbai

2. Regional Sales Manager-Enterprises/ SMB -Delhi

Responsibilities and Duties :

- Responsible for achieving business and sales goals of the company for month/quarter/year

- Responsible for driving coverage of the territory, increasing awareness and business value of the company's product and services

- Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition

- Responsible for building a healthy pipeline from the territory

- Responsible for the efficacy and accuracy of the pipeline for the territory on the CRM

- Leverage existing customer success stories to replicate in similar sized or sector organizations

- Lead and work with various internal teams to formulate solutions and strategies to compete in a highly competitive environment

- Draft and review and finalize customer contracts

- Build knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators.

- Responsible for the forecast accuracy to the leadership


Location: Delhi, Mumbai

CTC 20 - 27 lacs

Qualification MBA

10+years' experience in direct sales of products and services (IT and Non IT) to the enterprise account Background in selling to the HR persona would be a "mandatory skill"

Additional Information

Highly preferred: Candidates would have ideally worked in companies like Medibuddy, Mfine, Trueworth, Naukri, Ekincare, YourDost, SilverOaks, Roundglass or similar.
