Job Responsibilities :
- Meeting and exceeding revenue target by product. The target must be accomplished viz quantity and value
- Expand network of clients
- Relationship Management - Develop and sustain strong, productive customer relationships with K-12/ Higher Ed/School Agents/Consultants
- People Management including hiring with identified timelines. Review performance and take appropriate action for redressal where needed. Ensure sales force productivity.
- Brand development, Project management
- Deliver revenue target by product/ service. Understand the requirements of the market and provide inputs to be able to make product offerings as per the market expectation
- Expand Client Network
- Relationship Management
- People Management
- Must Have good Command on English
