Job Description :
- Strategizing, planning, and ensuring that team and companies sales objectives are met.
- Responsible for the development of an operating plan for establishing sales traction in the region for the company's product and services
- Contribute to the Annual/Quarterly/Monthly numbers achievement in Sales & Budget achievement
- Assurance of Profitability, pricing structures, gross margin/Costing to the dealer.
- Periodically business analysis and roadmap to further development.
- New product development : Market searches for new products and development.
- Management of Suppliers and Transporters and ensure timely supplies.
- Ensure timely payments collection and maintaining Credit limit & action plan on recovery of payments.
- Dealer development : Ensure the dealer satisfaction and new dealer development.
- Build long-term, value-based customer relationships with key distributors that enable achievement of sales objectives, generation, and repetition of orders.
- To provide feedback into product development and market information.
- To maintain historic data of business stakeholders performance through scorecard.
- Conduct regular meetings with distributors and sales team to discuss target status, product training and sales strategy.
- Identify sales opportunities, business opportunities to increase sales by identifying competitor's strengths & weak areas, untapped area coverage & opportunity available in market & submit projected business plan.
- Follow sales leads, analyse sales trends, carry out market research, and act as representatives of the organization.
- Communicate headquarter initiatives and programs to sales team and clients.
- Provide feedback and input from the market to help shape marketing strategy for the team.
- Proactive and continuously look for ways to improve the sales process for the Company to grow, capture market share and revenue growth.
- Manage and supervise a team of professionals supporting sales of the company's product and services.
- Act as a mentor for a group of sales teams
Requirement :
- Having good fertilizer knowledge with at least 7 years of working experience in crop nutrition.
- Good contacts with suppliers.
- Strong commercial acumen, integrity, good work ethics, strong leadership, excellent interpersonal skills.
- Must possess good managerial and organizational ability.
- Ability to travel and engage different cultures.
