Job Description:

- Achieve sourcing targets for Consumer Product Finance (CPF) loans from all retail formats.

- Manage key relationships with merchants & dealers along with Key Account Managers.

- Ensure resource productivity targets are met consistently.

- Manage large sales teams consisting of Area Sales Managers, Sales Managers, Sales Officers.

- Manage sales process compliance at Regional level.

- Manage administration for regional level offices.

Key Result Areas :

- Strategize, plan and execute the acquisition plan for the area as per AOP.

- Responsible for developing & driving sales productivity for the region.

- Achieve POS opening targets at large/Medium/Small stores & Key Accounts/LFR.

- Liaise with relevant departments to get information support to sales team to ensure sales operation meet or exceed the target.

- Conduct regular and detailed business reviews with team, to ensure business strategies are executed.

- Measure the productivity and efficiency level of sales team closely and initiate corrective action

- Understand competitive landscape and market dynamics and provide necessary feedback to product teams / HQ

- Responsible for the quality / risk of business acquired/portfolio within the sales area.

- Initiate and drive process improvement measures to ensure better productivity and superior customer experience

- Recruitment and training of sales teams

- Provide support to the collections team
