Regional Sales Manager - Consumer Goods (1-3 yrs)

Introduction: We are hiring a Regional Sales Manager for our client company which is a leader in the Consumer Goods industry.

Responsibilities:

1) Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives

2) Support Store Managers with day-to-day store operation

3) Evaluate store and individual performances

4) Report on regional sales results

5) Forecast quarterly and annual profits

6) Identify hiring needs, select and train new salespeople

7) Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility

8) Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth

9) Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions

10) Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition

11) Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

1) Proven 1-3 years of work experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Area Manager or similar senior sales role

2) Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)

3) Familiarity with CRM software

4) Understanding of store operations

5) Ability to lead and motivate a high performance sales team

6) Excellent communication skills

7) Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude

8) Availability to travel as needed

9) Degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field
