Regional Sales Manager - Consumer Durables - South (7-9 yrs)

Position : Regional Sales Manager - South India

Designation: Senior Manager/Chief Manager

Department/Function : RLFR Consumer Durables

Reporting To (Position) : National Sales Head

List The Duties and Responsibilities :

- Partnership acquisition of CD RLFR partners and drive business post-acquisition for entire South region

- Plan and oversee the execution of the sales efforts, contributing to organizational revenue and growth targets

- Formulate development of a roadmap and strategic initiatives for the assigned zone

- Business Planning - Formulate sales and business plans for the zone aligned to the overall regional sales plans

- Formulate the annual business & operating plan for the zone in line with the overall annual retail business plan of the region and the company

- Manage sales activities of partners to generate revenue through primary & secondary sales

- Responsible for creating & driving Channel sales

- Responsible for Network Development & Sales Planning & Budgeting. Preparing monthly & yearly sales plan

- Responsible for the setup of New Branches, Appointment of Sales Team, planning & launching of new products.

Experience Required :

- Minimum relevant or equivalent industry experience required Please also state what might be desirous/advantageous

- 7 to 9 years of proven experience in relationship management, Business Development and Business Management for South region within the Consumer Durable/Small Appliance/Kitchen Appliance industry

Academia :

- Management Graduate or any other another rigorous discipline from a reputed institution

Skills, Abilities and Competencies :

- Strong relationship development skills and client management skills, exposure to corporate sales is desirable

- A positive and structured approach to finding new business opportunities within new and existing partnerships

- Ability to cope with competing demands and multitasking

- Strong communication skills-all forms- Persuasion and negotiation being critical

- Capable of working independently with loads of self-drive

- Highly analytical

- Keen eye for detail

- Strong influencing abilities

- Managing CXO level relationship

- Desire and ability to think like the customer

- Ability to translate strategies into execution plans and take them to completion
