Regional Sales Manager - Consumer Durable (5-7 yrs)

Job Responsibilities :

- Build, lead and manage a target driven regional sales team

- Establish the complete Sales organization in the region with focus on hiring dynamic sales candidates

- Create and achieve sales target for the individuals and also for the organization in line with the vision of the company

- Develop and implement various sales strategies

- The brand being a unique and first of its kind product range needs a strong and innovative sales strategy

- Company will provide opportunities to design and pilot various sales strategies and then arrive on a data based final strategy that can be replicated across India

- Product acceptance in different sales channels should be tracked and presented to senior management to finalise the strategy going forward

- Creating the B2B Sales Channel

- Create and achieve sales targets for B2B channel that is aiming sales of the products to builders, interior designer and architects

- Appoint key account managers for different verticals of the B2B business and build relations with all major builders and developers across the region

- Creating the B2C Sales Channel

 Build a diverse dealer network across region and work with dealers to establish sales for direct consumers over the counter

- Create and appoint a distributor and dealer network and design a business model for success of both online and offline sales model

- Promote products at direct store level by in-store marketing and Kiosk in Malls

Regional Sales Manager- Skills and Qualifications : 


- Minimum working experience of 5 years (preference to MBA graduates)

- Experience of sales to builders and direct consumer channels in industry of electronics or consumer electronic items like home automation products, CCTV, electrical switches, LED lights and similar products or similar field.

- Presentation Skills, Client Relationships, Emphasizing Excellence, Negotiation, Prospecting Skills, Meeting Sales Goals, Creativity, Sales Planning

- Experience of recruiting, training and setting up of Sales team

- Experience of creating distributor and dealer channel networks

- Experience of managing a Sales team of over 10 sales managers
