Regional Sales Manager - Construction Finance (4-12 yrs)
looking for candidates with 3-10 yrs sales experience in Construction Finance/ Real Estate Finance role with a renowned housing finance company.
Key Objective of the Job:
1. To Originate, on-board / build and maintain healthy and profitable Construction Finance Portfolio / Real Estate Domain.
2. Obtaining all the data required for processing the proposals.
3. Execution of the disbursement for proposals sanctioned.
4. Ensure quality portfolio & thorough monitoring of existing accounts.
5. Ongoing monitoring of accounts including tracking developments in the industry and the account to identify early stress and work with risk teams in devising appropriate mitigation strategies wherever required.
6. Focused housekeeping which involves follow up on clearing deferrals/ overdue/delays appearing in daily MIS circulated by Operations team.
7. Monitoring project sales, collection, construction activity & routing of sales proceeds in Escrow accounts
8. Appropriate level of client calling to develop strong understanding of client's/Developer's overall financial health.
