Regional Sales Manager - Chemical (10-18 yrs)

1. Managing sales of Chemical business of Adhesives, Coating & Master batch in the existing market and expand the customer base.

2. Having strong knowledge & experience in selling of Adhesives product like Solvent free adhesives, dry lamination adhesives, pressure sensitive adhesives & master batches, coatings.

3. Continuously be on the lookout for new opportunities for market expansion.

4. Passionately communicate our brand identity and implement company initiatives.

5. Maintain a robust pipeline, prepare proposals, submit quotes, author call reports, sales presentations,

6. Conduct competitor and market analysis within the industry in terms of market development, new products activity, new customers etc.

7. A willingness to ask probing questions, come up with solutions and overcome objections.

8. Establish and maintain rapport with existing and potential customers.

9. Resolves problems and concerns of internal as well as external stakeholders.

10. Excellent written and oral communication skills as all our customers are direct and involve Key Account Manager.

11. Meet budgeted target for sales in the region.

12. Receivable Management.

13. Patience and the ability to tactfully handle customer negotiations.

14. Develop channel network for the sales in the region.
