Urgent Requirement for Regional Sales Manager with one of the cable and wire manufacturing Industry.
Experience required - 18 + years
Qualification - Any Graduates and Post Graduates.
Experience should be of Retail Sales and Project Sales (both)
Location - Bangalore
Job Responsibilities :
P/L Accountability Responsible for revenue targets, sales growth through newer segments and driving sales through retail & Project Sales for achieving business goals.
Defining market segments, need fit, PR and promotions
Overseeing profit center operations and accountable for increasing profitability and achieving.
Establishing growth strategies for various business and formats
Configuring systems to suit the business needs of key accounts.
Manage process change for customers.
Effectively deal with various decision makers and influencer at all levels in both organizations.
Manage and deliver service
Inventory & vendor management.
Region / Product wise analysis
Must have B2B & B2C experience
1. Business size for RSM Position would be of 800 cr annually.
2. Candidate should have multiple state experience.
3. Team Size would be each state has area manager and a team.
