Job Description : Regional Sales Manager - Building Materials - Hyderabad candidates only

Job Purpose:

Regional sales managers set sales targets for regional sales teams using past sales statistics. They oversee their teams and give guidance on sales strategies and processes. They also motivate individuals and teams to reach goals, using reports that document sales projections, actual revenue, and other metrics.

Responsibilities :

- Will be responsible for achieving sales targets and market expansion

- Reviewing marketing inadequacies and adjusting plans to improve existing strategies and maximize profits

- Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities

- Preparing timely sales forecasts and reports

- Tracking and analyzing sales data to find strengths and weaknesses

- Managing sales budgets

- Developing and implementing sales procedures and policies

- Approving and managing large clients

- Recruiting, hiring and mentoring new employees

- Creating presentations for corporate executives

- Keep abreast of new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board

- Assist the sales team in securing new leads and converting these leads into sales

- Create processes and quality customer service standards in order to improve customer experience

- Should have good contacts with Architects, Interior Designers & Builders

- Through knowledge of Hyderabad, Telangana and A. P. Market to strengthen our foothold to start with

Requisite Skills :

- In-depth knowledge of managing a high-performance sales team

- Basic computer knowledge of MS Office ( Word/Excel/Outlook)

- Should have building products/materials industry knowledge.

- Excellent presentation and leadership skills

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Customer-oriented with strong negotiation skills

- Analytical and data-driven problem solver

- Strong written and oral communication skills

- Create innovative sales ideas

- Extensive understanding of sales pipelines, processes, and functions.

- Ability to lead, motivate, and supervise a team

Desired/Advanced Skills:

- Strong IT skills

- Experience in marketing/advertising

- Technical experience of working in a given field

Education:

Minimum Qualification B.com/similar degree

Relevant Experience:

- Minimum 8 years' experience

- Previous working experience as a Regional Sales Manager would be preferable

- Having exposure in the manufacturing industry
