Regional Sales Manager - BFSI (7-12 yrs)
- Planning, driving & reviewing the Unsecure Loan along with cross sell of Life Insurance/Health Insurance & other financial services & installation of POS machine along with Loan against Card Receivables (Secure /Unsecure both Loan) across all the Bank branches Chandigarh, DSA and through a team of Acquisition managers.
- Drive targets across relationships for region & Engage with Regional/Zonal Heads to drive strategies.
- Achieving regional sales target by strategic business development; prepare & complete action plans; identify
- Desired regional sales improvements & accordingly implement changes.
- Accomplish sales objectives by orienting, training & counseling team members.
- Create branch wise weekly sales plan, execute & help team members to achieve desired plan / targets.
- Work closely with relationship teams like Branch Banking, DSA and DST on daily basis for acquisition of new merchants. Identify and create new channels for POS merchant acquisition.
- Engage with existing merchants for activation of relationship, higher penetration in business volume & liability generation.
- Provide inputs to process team with clear deviation and delegation matrices and other requirements of the team.
- Support incremental liability generation through POS linked current accounts.
- Work closely with POS vendors for installation and servicing of machines at merchant counters.
