Regional Sales Manager - BFS (8-10 yrs)
CTC : Up to 10 LPA + other perks
Roles of RSM :
- Regional Manager are responsible to drive their team of Sales Managers to complete their targets
- Visiting banks, maintaining strong relations with RO's and Zonal Managers in order to generate maximum business.
- Generating Affinity leads by association with Kotak Banks
- Handling a team of Branch Sales Managers (FLS)
- To ensure more market penetration in order to Generate more business
- Managers base location will be Kolkata and will be taking care of entire East Zone
Required Qualification And Skills :
Educational Qualifications : Minimum Graduate (No Arts background) with throughout 60% academic score.
Skills : Proven Ability to lead and drive a team, major exposure to Kolkata market
Work Experience : Minimum 8-10 years of B2B Sales
- Experience with minimum 3 years of team handling experience.
Industry : Non-BFSI employee may only apply
Region :
- Candidate should have exposer to Kolkata market and other parts of East Zone
