Regional Sales Manager - Banking/Financial Services (10-15 yrs)

Job Description :

We are hiring for RSM Position for Hyderabad location with one of the leading Banking and Finance Company.

Job Responsibilities :

- Develops Sales plans and budgets to achieve or exceed the annual sales objectives for the region.

- Monitor and control the sales budget to ensure optimum utilization of resources in the region.

- Conduct regular market visits to check route coverage, competitor activity and continuously search for new opportunities in order to increase business in the region

- Provide DSAs in the Region with information about new or improved products and services in order to improve business

- Develop and maintain an efficient network to ensure the comprehensive availability of company's products and services across the region to achieve or exceed the business targets

- Develop the necessary Sales Management organization structure and ensure the right caliber of staffing and appropriate training to meet all job requirements.

- Provide leadership so that staff are well motivated and engaged to stay and contribute effectively to the organization

Relationship :

- Has an intimate knowledge of distributor business model and financial insights.

- Develop an effective working relationship with distributors and key trade partners.

- Develop a close working relationship with Sales Managers to better understand their markets.

Job Specific Competencies :

- Understanding of DSA/Banking/NBFC operations environment

- Strong interpersonal skills & ability to work across functional boundaries

- Analytical skills and planning ability

- Strong Communication & Negotiating skills

Job Complexities :

- Align the capabilities of Company's sales force and the capabilities of our channel partners.

- Motivate distributors (DSA) to invest the resources and develop the capabilities required for Business success

- Play a strong advisory role to the distributors (DSA) and guide them on key tools.
