Regional Sales Manager - Auto Parts (18-25 yrs)

Position reports to General Manager

Responsible for development and performance of all sales activities in assigned region as well as the achievement of targets

- Distribute targets among divisions

- Organize and direct assigned sales teams

- Support and oversee recruiting, selecting and appointing process in divisions

- Keep track of operating results across divisions

- Implement plans and strategies to expand customer base and achieve particular targets

- Coordinate strategies, plans, staff and activities to ensure maximum profitability and growths of your sales team in line with the Wuerth vision and values

- Provide continuous feedback and performance evaluation to ensure quality of sales team

- Ensure information flow and transparency among assigned regions

- Responsible for budgeting across assigned divisions

- Commercial background knowledge

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Outstanding analytical skills

- Excellent organization and planning skills

- Determination and initiative

- Management and leadership qualities

- Great interest and passion for the products sold at Wuerth / product knowledge

- Ability to motivate staff and delegate tasks and responsibilities

- Outstanding negotiation skills

- Flexibility and adaptability

- Graduate in Marketing or any other business related field

- Engineering background preferable

- At least 10 years work experience in industry

- Profound knowledge of MS Office
