Regional Sales Manager/Area Sales Manager/Territory Sales Manager - Medical Devices (12-20 yrs)
Job Description :
Hiring RSM | ZSM | ASM | TSM for Medical Device Manufacturing Company.
Graduate/PG in life science - biotechnology, molecular biology, biomedical
MBA will be a plus
- Domain experience : MEDICAL DEVICE / DRUG ELUTING STENT / INTERVENTIONAL
- CARDIOLOGY / CORONORY shall be considered as added advantage.
- Channel management in terms of legal agreements, Deposits, stocks/inventories, secondary sales.
(Preferred industry: Healthcare, medical devices, molecular techniques)
- Experience in sales of INTERVENTIONAL CARDIOLOGY medical devices in a regulated healthcare environment, exploring market across India
- Need to understand Financial Business model including P&L, Outstanding/receivables etc.
- High proficiency in computer skills: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong leadership, management & motivational skills
- MNC experience preferred
Key responsibilities :
- Exceeding defined targets for sales/revenue
- Appoint right channel partners in India to market the complete range of BioGenex products.
- Building on the current customer base and expanding into new accounts & territories systematically.
- Territory wise Business Data Analysis in terms of detailed customer info, market share, competition positioning, business revenue, Sales/Expense ratio, receivables etc.
- Establish & Ramp up a team of motivated sales managers & channel and alliance partners to improve market penetration.
- Compete effectively against competitors and build dominant market share in individual product categories.
- New product launches to maintain and enhance the technology edge & leadership position.
- Revenue generation from relevant territory
- Managing distributors in the region and bringing in new distributors if required.
- Strong intra-departmental coordination with F&A, supply chain, servicing, marketing etc
- Working with the distributor's sales force periodically for generating sales
- Assisting the distributor in establishing the brand in the region
- Coordinating with marketing in doing specific promotional activities in the region, participation in conferences etc
- Handling the queries from the market with the help of product, technical, customer service and marketing department Experience:10 to 15 y ears
Medical device, CARDIOLOGY, Regional sales, distribution management, P&L, competitive intelligence, CRM, Inventory/credit control.
