Regional Sales Manager - Agency/Direct Channel - BFS (1-3 yrs)
- The Regional Manager Agency/ Direct Channel is responsible for overseeing and managing the performance of the agency channel in a designated region.
Responsibility :
- The Regional Manager Agency/ Direct Channel is responsible for overseeing and managing the performance of the agency channel in a designated region.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets for the agency channel in the region.
- Identify potential areas for expansion and recruit new agency managers and agents.
- Coach, mentor, and provide guidance to agency managers and agents.
- Organize and conduct training programs for agency managers and agents to enhance their product knowledge, sales skills, and overall performance.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
Requirements :
- Graduate with 1- 3 years' experience in sales of Insurance.
- Minimum 6 months' exposure to Life Insurance
- Age Bracket : 25-32 years
- Must own a conveyance
