Regional Sales Manager (3-5 yrs)

Plan, direct and implement Sales strategies and programs to achieve or exceed the sales objectives for the Company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : 

Achieve Sales Target :

-  Responsible for the sale of Company's business products and services in a specified region or in geographical area


 - Develop sales plans and budgets to achieve or exceed the annual sales objectives for the Company. 


- Ensure profitable growth in sales revenue through planning, execution and management of supportive team

Sales & Distributor's Management :


- Managing a Sales Team and collaborating with senior executives in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate set goals 


 - Develop and establish strong connection and good network of Distributors 


- Educate and train managers in conducting regular business review to our Distributors

Financial Management : 


- Monitor and control the sales budget to ensure optimum utilization of resources in the region. 


- Reviewing regional expenses and recommending improvements 


- Ensure the Distributor's capacity to invest and engage business

Administrative :

- Establish and maintain an efficient distribution network to ensure comprehensive availability of Company's product and services across the Region 


- Educating sales team with presentation of strategies, seminars and regular meetings. 


 - Provide good sales presentation to our top management through sales templates and sales force automation tool. 


- Develop the necessary Regional Sales Management organization structure and ensure the right caliber of staffing and appropriate training to meet all job requirements. 


Provide leadership so that the staff are well motivated and engaged to stay and contribute effective to the organization skills.


 - Tracking sales figures and updating sales reports 


 - Staying up to date on with Accounts- & distributors- agreements 


- Updating call cycles and product expiry cycles 


- Monitoring of endorsed Marketing materials from Marketing Department for utilization and implementation.
