Due to the high cost and complexity of existing monitoring devices, these vulnerable patients are left alone without even a vitals monitor. Tragically, up to 75% of injuries and deaths in hospitals happen to these patients who lack basic medical supervision.

They have built a cloud-connected vital signs monitoring system that rescues these patients. They are expanding access to a fundamental tool of modern medicine to the 11 million under-monitored beds around the world.

Hospitals today heavily rely on nurses manually monitoring patients. This leads to missed patient symptoms, longer hospital stays, and worse patient outcomes overall. Stasis increases hospital access to automatic, continuous monitoring with our smart cloud-connected monitoring solutions. We have converted medical hardware into a data-driven SaaS product. Our monitors are currently live in hospitals in India, and are built for global distribution. Stasis was a part of the first cohort of the Techstars Healthcare Accelerator, in Partnership with Cedars-Sinai. We have teams in Los Angeles, Bangalore, and working remotely.

About the Role

We now have opportunities for a Regional Sales Lead to join our vibrant, young and dedicated team across key markets in India. As a Regional Sales Lead you will take ownership of a region for executing the full sales cycle from lead generation to implementation, and through to sales negotiations to help us grow our business. You will be required to engage with hospitals of all sizes to implement our solution and ensure that all inbound and outbound regional leads are handled in a timely manner. As we grow, you must be a capable leader of a team.

The roles and responsibilities include:

- Lead generation

- Develop, maintain and move clients in the healthy sales pipeline in-line with the company business objectives

- Ensure all data is captured, tracked and qualified leads are entered into the CRM leads management system

- Ideal candidates will have clinician contacts and have sold medical equipment (ideally patient monitoring solutions)

- Sales conversions and customer relations

- Developing the strategic objectives and goals for the regional market and executing on them utilizing scalable technology and minimal workforce

- Create & articulate compelling value proposition for customers in pitches

- Coordinate with other Stasis team members as required

- Maintain an accurate forecast and develop timely business reports for review, develop case studies, identify key opinion leaders within the region and develop relationships with them

- Ideally at least 3 years of business development, consulting, sales and marketing experience. Experience within the healthcare sector will be a bonus

- A good understanding of the healthcare market, challenges, growth prospects and healthcare delivery operations

- Process driven individual with experience in development and management of sales pipeline with proficiency in CRM software

- Travel regionally and pan-India for conferences as required

+Compensation

4-6 lac p.a. base, strong variable component
