Regional Sales Head - Manufacturing (10-12 yrs)
Job Description :
1. Responsible for Sales and Business Development of the Region.
2. Identification & Appointment of Dealers in new and existing- areas- and develop dealers.
3. Develop and manage efficient distribution networks for sales.
4. Managing, training and motivating existing sales team to drive revenue growth.
5. Develop efficient and creative sales and marketing strategies for the assigned Region and target setting for the sales team.
6. Collecting customer and market feedback and reporting the same to the organization.
7. Monitoring sales team performance, analyzing sales data, periodical forecasting and reporting to Marketing Directors.
8. Responsible for collection in time and follow-up of out standings.
9. Data Management/Sales- Reports/Sales- MIS.
10. Industrial- Sales- Management, Team Handling Management.
Skills Required :
1. Elective subjects like RAC (Refrigeration & Air Conditioning) in final year will be preferable.
2. Candidate must have good communication (Verbal & Written).
3. Candidates should have good presentation skills.
4. Candidate should ready to operate from own house.
5. Candidate should ready to travel extensively.
6. Candidate should be ready to work on Target oriented work environment.-
7. Candidate should have Good computer knowledge (Ms Office, Internet etc.)
8. Candidate should be a self Driven.
9. Able to Work under pressure.
10. Candidate should have his own 2 / 4 wheeler is also a need of job.-
