Regional Sales Head - Industrial & SME

Should have strong connects with Industrial Sector . This position is for an e-Commerce company where service and good connections are main focus.

Should be a strong leader to bring in change and should be willing to travel to all our locations and develop strategic relationships with customers, suppliers and within Group.

The focus is to bring Industrial Customers to a common e-commerce business platform to connect with prospective Business partners.

REGIONAL BUSINESS HEAD SME & INDUSTRIAL

Location: Chennai/ Hyderabad/ Coimbatore

Role :

- Responsible for P&L and driving the Business Development in the respective regions with respect to the SME & Industrial segment.

Reporting to Sales Director - SME & Industrial

Direct Reports: 3/4

Key Deliverables:

- Revenues & Revenue Growth

- Customer Acquisition

- Maximize Margins

Key Responsibilities:

- Achieving Business Targets

- Acquiring Customer on Ecommerce platform

- Sales / Business Development Planning

- Market Research

- Lead Generation

- Sales Calls

- Team Management

- Relationship Management Suppliers, Customers, SME Organizations etc.

- Market Penetration

Salary:INR 16,00,000 - 22,50,000 P.A.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Should have strong leadership and management background.

- Engineering degree is a must.

Negotiation skill / Behavioral skills

- Commercial orientation and Business Orientation-Street smartness

- Good leadership credibility which allow him to attract previous teams, talent

- Networking, Strong relationship management and customer centric

- Ability to sell, win and achieve despite constraints

- Self-motivated & Goal oriented. Energy and Drive

- Ability to lead teams naturally and serve as a good mentor.

Education-

UG: B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization, B.Sc - Any Specialization, Chemistry, Electronics, Maths, Physics

PG:MBA/PGDM - Marketing
