The Job :
You will be responsible for :
- Developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts.
- Generating revenue through new business development and servicing existing clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as upsell and cross sell potential within existing customers to maximise share of wallet.
- Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up.
- Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
- Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.
The Profile :
- You have at least 2 years experience within a Business Development (B2B) ideally within the Real Estate and E-commerce industry.
- Prior experience in a start-up environment is desirable
- You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
