Regional Sales Executive - IT (3-6 yrs)

The area Sales Executive is responsible to achieve the revenue goals by building up market penetration and broadening the customer base (small & middle sized companies

The Sales Executive is to map- market and sales opportunities in the country for WE CBT

- Build and maintain a database of contacts, ensuring a rigorous and systematic followup,relationship development, key account management


- Take all necessary steps to ensure customer satisfaction

- Regularly liaise with and activate the active support from inside sales, product managers Advanced Technologies, engineering

- Maintain and develop personal skills and technical knowledge on the product range,applications and market developments up to date

- Has to be a team player/team worker together with the internal colleagues, located in the local country office and in Schopfheim (central EXPORT team), to give the best service to customers to reach great benefits

This person, who will be a pioneer for the development of WE CBT in the country, can also be the obvious person to build in time a separate entity in the country (inclusive the management of a sales team in this area).
 
1. Qualifications & Education : 

Technical education or Bachelor's Degree in a suitable main subject (electronics, marketing - )

2. Training: Has relevant experience in the PCB market (would be great,but not a must)

3. Experience: Has ideally 3 - 5 years of experience in marketing sales of technical products (services).

4. Knowledge: (Education) Can place a successful former experience in Sales / Business Development

The candidate has a good control of English (spoken and written), knowledge of German are an advantage (but not necessary).
