Regional Marketing Manager - Solar Panel Manufacturing (5-7 yrs)

We are hiring for a solar panel manufacturing company.
The Job :
Key responsibilities areas :
- Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts.
- Generating new business leads.
- Increasing brand awareness and market share.
- Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, financial, public relations, and production departments.
- Developing and managing the marketing department's budget.
- Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
- Managing the marketing department's staff.
- Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management.
- Promoting our brand at trade shows and major industry-related events.
Ideal Candidate :
Key Competencies :
- You have at least 5 years experience ideally in Marketing Communications, Brand / Product Management
- Experience within Social Media / Viral Marketing, Employer Branding, would be a strong advantage.
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- Minimum 5 years experience in field marketing.
- Should have team handling capacity
- Should have excellent communication and convincing skills
