Regional Marketing Manager - Building Material Firm - North (10-15 yrs)
- Responsible for managing and execution of various marketing and Branding activities for the North region. Projects include BTL marketing, retail activation, in shop branding, etc.
- Responsible for Event and Exhibition; to manage all End to End project from Store planogram to Launch of the store/ New products
- Develop Consumer engagement programs. Increase the active members, keep close eye and ensure the success of the program through various measures
- Identify growing markets, upcoming & growing industries with trends. Track competition and market research activities to ensure timely adjustment & specific strategies/campaign outcomes
- Manage SOP for handling all vendors, suppliers and agencies and ensure activities are done within budget. Develop new vendors, suppliers and ensure cost optimization.
- Working closely with sales team, branches, production & agencies and lead the execution of all retails campaigns, consumer promotions and trades scheme.
- Responsible for annual budget planning and effective utilization based on sell out trend, sales forecast and organizations objectives in consensus with sales head and channel manager
- Conduct seminars, BTL activities and product display to increase brand awareness and product reach.
- Execute Trade Marketing Strategies to attain defined business objectives.
