Regional Marketing Executive/Manager - Premium Beverage Brand (4-8 yrs)

We are looking for Manager Marketing for a well known Premium Beverage Brand based out of Mumbai

Role: Brand Management & Business Development

Experience: Min. 4 - 10 years

Academic: MBA (Full time) from a reputed school

Industry: FMCG ( by preference Foods & Beverages & Liquor)

Channel Experience in order (Stand Alone stores, MT, Institutions & GT)

Currently working as Executive or Managers

Geographical exposure: worked in min. 2 metros

Role and Responsibility

Develop the Annual Regional Marketing operating Plan - by channels and Marketing Heads, new communication methods - month wise and geography wise.

- Achieve the Brand objectives Trials, Conversions, visibility in line with Sales Targets, and Market share.

- Ensure implementation of the Brand Activation Plan across all segments of the Business.

- Develop interesting Brand promotions & Marketing ideas.

- Develop promotional tie ups across different consumption channels to expand the consumer base & generate sales momentum.

- Develop innovative Customer engagement plans, Retail campaigns to implement at target markets to tap the business potential.

- Plan, Track the costs VS objectives of efficacy, Marketing ROI, revenue, demand creation and consumer connect

- Work with Sales team of Regional manager, Sales Managers & Biz Development Exec, to devise and implement Brand Activation plans (ATL/BTL/POP/CP/Channel related).

- E commerce, online retail sales and marketing.

- Extensive use to effective vendors and agencies to deliver mktg results.

- Travel extensively.

Overall Skills Required- Good understanding of Consumer behavior, shopper behavior and Category understanding with Business foresight.
