Job Description :

The role involves acquiring new deals and projects in India for the company and liaison with contracts and projects team for effective delivery of these projects.

Client Details :

The client is an Organisation into waste treatment industry(sewage) having industry tie ups with Defence research development Organisation and FICCI.

Description :

- Acquire new clients and projects for the company with special focus on target clients

- Play a critical role in developing and securing new business while ensuring profitable growth

- Keep a tab on market pulse by active involvement in competition tracking and market studies

- Maintain effective customer relationships for long term association and business growth

- Manage a team of business development managers and ensure that the team targets are met in addition to individual targets

- Liaison with internal teams to ensure 100% compliant and quality project delivery

- Maintain refined interaction and network with municipal and government bodies

- Visit consultants, developers and end-user customers in the territory to discuss business opportunities and conduct site surveys

- Assist the commercial team in negotiations and contract management

- Contribute in company's perpetual growth by participating in innovation sprees

Profile :

- Demonstrated experience of developing business in Utilities industry with a strong acumen in handling relationships with municipal corporations/government bodies is mandatory

- Candidates from engineering background and experience in managing large-sized projects and tenders shall be preferred

- Should be well-versed with Indian central and state environmental laws and compliance along with understanding of prevalent contract and commercial terms

- Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Should be patient and resilient to deliver best-in-class customer service

Technical Education

- preferable environmental engineering or candidates having experience in the waste management .
