Regional Manager - Sales & Marketing - Insulin/Diabetic Care Products (5-15 yrs)
Job Resposibilities :
- Responsible for sales & marketing of Insulin,Diabetic care products in trade as well as Institutions.
- Manage the distribution channel .
- Delivering & achieving business targets
- Preparing sales plan & marketing strategies
- Maintaining relation with key customers & retention of customers by visiting them personally & ensure business.
- Explore new market & stress on multimedia activity.
- Supervise & mange day-to-day operation of field staff & first line managers.
- Undertake monthly review meet of Managers & Executives for monitoring their activities according to plan & ensure Region -UP, Uttaranchal, Bihar, Jharkhand.
- Business Size-4-5 cr /month
- Team size-35-40 including 5 managers.
