Job Description
- Minimum 6 years of Experience of sourcing Gold Loan from Open Market and managing a team of Gold Loan executives.
- Achieving a consolidated monthly target.
- Responsible for Gold Loan Growth and handling 20-40 plus branches
- Responsible for achieving Cross-Selling products of the region and maintaining relations with Cross-selling Peers to ensure smooth implementation of the process.
- Ensuring adherence to laid down instructions with regard to conduct of business and administration by branches
