Regional Manager - Sales - FMCG (7-15 yrs)
Essential Functions :
- As a Regional Sales Manager of the B2C vertical, you will be responsible for setting weekly and monthly sales targets, training new direct sales representatives and handling escalate customer complaints.
- Conceptualize/develop the Tele Sales strategy including sales training, scripting and sales forecast.
- Oversee and manage both quality and volume of new customer acquisition
- Coordinate daily workflow for a team of Inside sales representatives and manage daily activities of
Telesales department, Telesales Supervisors, and Representatives.
- Exceed targets and challenging KPIs.
- Manage Telesales campaign with being on site at call centres at least 70% of time, to include call monitoring, team meetings, sales incentive execution, and workforce and workflow management.
- Develop and manage all outbound and inbound sales efforts.
- Maintains and expands customer base by counselling direct sales representatives, building and maintaining rapport with key customers, and identifying new customer opportunities.
- Provide on-the-ground support for inside sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals
- Accomplishes regional sales human resource objectives by orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees in assigned district.
- Communicates job expectations by planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions, and employee enforcing policies and procedures.
- Prepare regular reports and conduct monthly meetings to review performance. Ensure the sales tools and system is effectively implemented by team and distributors in the area
