Role :

The person will be responsible for carrying out the marketing and sales activities in western region and drive the strategy to grow the company brand market share in the flexible packaging industry.

Reporting to : Head - Sales & Marketing

Job Responsibilities :

- Developing & Generating business from potentially large Customers

- Networking with the key personnel of customers

- Setting, Agreeing & Achieving Sales Targets / Business Plan for the Western Region

- Handling pricing

- Ensuring careful customer selection

- Monitoring customer Outstanding Payments for timely payment realization

- Handling Customer objections

Competencies :

- Knowledge of flexible packaging and Printing materials.

- Experienced in sales of printed films to commodity / specialty applications in same industry

- Application oriented technical knowledge

- Budgeting / Planning

- Customer Responsiveness

- Industry / Competitors Knowledge/Intelligence

- Result Oriented

- Good communication skill and flair to convince customer

- Knowledge of ERP essential

Qualification & Experience :

- Must be an Engineer from Printing Technology preferably MBA into Sales & Marketing.

- Must have background of working in reputed organization selling Packaging / Printing products for at least 7 to max 12 years.

- Relevant Industry knowledge: Flexible / Woven sacks / offset / speciality films / digital printing / Labels: PSL (presser sensitive level) / woven labels
