Regional Manager - Sales - Financial Product (10-15 yrs)
We are hiring for a leading Financial Product Distributor for Chennai Location.
The JD is as follows :
- Build relationships with AMC & insurance companies. Managing partners & do Business Development of select partners
- Monitoring of the Planned Activity: To Foresee that the activity planned are executed and monitor the success of different activities undertaken
- Supervise Task performed by Branch Managers & Unit Managers on various parameters. Identify the weak links who have underperformed 2 times and take corrective actions.
Secondary Role
- Achievement of Targets: To ensure that the targets in terms of recruitment of Partners, Net Sales, SIP Sales, Sale of other products. Project and Sales of NJ Gurukul Products/Trainees recruitment are met.
- To conduct BOP if required
- To do monthly partners meet
- Training of BM & UM on weak link identified
- To ensure the compliance standards are adhered at all branches and give feedback to the ZM on any non adherence of the same
- Address BM / UM on a monthly basis.
