Location : Tamil Nadu & Karnataka

CTC : 8.0 L -10 L/a

Gender : Male

Product : Aluminium Extrusions

Education : MBA Sales and Marketing from an institute of repute.

Age : 30 to 45 years

Experience : 5 to 10 years of experience in Project sales, Influencer sales, Architecture sales contractor sales, last 5 years should be in Leadership role in a building material segment.


Job Purpose : Regional Sales managers lead a sales team by providing guidance, training and mentorship, setting sales goals, creating sales plans, analyzing data, setting individual sales targets, assigning sales territories and building their team. He will responsible to develop entire Tamil Nadu Market.


REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS :

- Upwards -BH

- Downwards - ASM's

Responsibilities, Accountabilities & Key Performance Indicators :

1. Achieve Annual Retail Revenue Targets

2. Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and market share

3. Setting up a new sales team & set individual sales targets

4. Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary

5. Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team

6. Enhance Year on Year (YOY) Volume and Value Growth.

7. Mentoring & Team Management

8. Generate Innovative Ideas to enhance B2B Development

9. Identification of Down stream Channels

10. Promoting the organization and products

11. Identifying Instituational Sales through Industry visit, Project visit, Fabrictors networks etc

12. Customer Complaints Handling

13. Payment Collection & follow up

14. Increase in number of region and channels

15. Client Relations

16. Timely communication on offers and updating th same.

17. Obtain customer feedback and be proactive in updating the same and input feedback to Business Head

18. Timely Collections

19. Attract and retain new and repeat customers.

20. Responsible for product wise stock monitoring mechanisms.

21. Review and interpret Daily and month on month (MOM) stock ageing data and recommend suitable actions.

22. Availability of customized product (new arrivals) at Warehouse for all occassions.

23. Provide exceptional Customer services through Innovative solutions and Team work.

24. Address Customer compliants with quickest possible time and without escalations.

25. Increase in repeat customers.

26. Develop awareness amongst the Sales Executive on Punctuality, Grooming, Etiquettes in dealing with Customers

27. Ensure a Quality of workforce is sustained in the stores.

28. Positive Customer feedback.

29. Responsible for Proper Sales Executive Onboarding and Exit Conditions.

30. Sustaining a Energeting and Happier SalesWorkforce.

31. Less Attrition of Sales Executives

INTERACTIONS :

Internal Clients : All Customers, Sales Team, Inter Dept Heads

External Clients : New Potential Customers, Public relations.

- Comprehensive retail know-how and competitor knowledge,

- Strong leader with excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.

- Should be well versed in Malayalam and knowledge of Hindi will be an added advantage.
