The Job You will be responsible for :
- Revenue achievement for the organisation.
- Handling the team of WB and Odisha
- Responsible for channel sales and objective is to onboard new car and bike dealers by selling CarDekho and Bikedekho digital products and solutions and maintain a healthy relationship with the clients.
- Sales Forecasting and planning to achieve targeted dealers in the assigned territory.
- Plan and implement channel and marketing activities based on competitor products and market trends.
- Training dealer sales team on CarDekho's processes and software to adopt technology solutions.
Ideal Candidate Skills Required :
- You have at least 6 years experience within a Sales (B2C) or B2B and must have experience in Channel Sales/Field Sales/Revenue Generation and large team handling
- You have prior experience in dealing with Dealers.
- Experience within Sales Training, National Sales and Area Sales would be a strong advantage.
- Experience covering High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI) and Industrial & Manufacturing is strong plus.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder

- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
