Regional Manager - Sales (7-14 yrs)
Hiring for Regional Sales Manager across all regions viz. north, west, south, east for a rapidly growing medical device start-up with focus on cutting edge bioelectronics based medical diagnostics.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :
- Having minimum of 7+ years of sales experience handling OTC, OTX Products
- Having experience of on-boarding channel partners, aligning margins, and driving sales for the region
- Working with Marketing team to execute key communication, activities and owning customer accounts
- Gathering insights from channel partner on opportunities where products can be sold, including products in key hospital pharmacies, and periodically monitoring primary and secondary sales while delivering monthly targets
- Driving new customer inclusions - hospitals, chemist, channel partners.
