- Setting up channel and distribution network and overseeing the onboarding process.
- Managing Distributors and channel partners
- Driving and delivering sales performance and profit returns
- Responsible for day to day operations of allotted Region.
- Customer experience management.
- SOP adherence, Shrinkage control, and Operational Excellence.
- Develop new streams of business thru Outreach and Institutional customers.
- Identifying location opportunities, business development and project implementation for Design and Build customers.
- Implement Marketing and sales promotion activities and visual merchandising. etc.
